Tai vartojimo56, gamtovaizdžio57, kūno58, pojūčių59, ligų60, reklamos61, aprangos62, spalvų63, maisto64, cukraus65, tabako66, narkotikų67  kultūrinės istorijos. Daugelis jų ypač gerai derinasi su minėta kultūros kaip vartojimo pirmenybių („preferencijų“) samprata, priimta neoklasikinėje ekonomikoje.
